Magic Lamp Post

Music by deførmed

Mural

Magic Lamp Post was inspired by an old photograph of a now-defunct playground in Bukit Merah. In the photograph, plastic ducks and horses that children would ride on stood out to BAKED. The mural depicts a scene straight out of his imagination: When street lamp-posts light up in the evening, the playground comes to life and plastic ducks and horses morph into oversize creatures, seemingly teasing the scale and perspective of children and adults.

Music

With the sounds of traditional instruments and nostalgic vocals, Magic Lamp Post transports the listener to a whimsical world set in a bygone era.
